Access to a gym with basic equipment (barbells, dumbbells, machines). Truecoach app. A committed mindset , that’s non-negotiable.

Yes, but not the kind who need hand-holding every step of the way. Warrior 45 is beginner-friendly but not easy. You’ll be taught how to train properly, think like a warrior, and stick to the plan.
