As a keen fitness enthusiast, I started training at the age of 14. Growing up being a very skinny guy I felt like I wanted a change and the gym was the answer. To me its all about helping others achieve a better lifestyle, there is nothing more rewarding.
Everyday is a new day.
Graduating college with a Bsc (Hons) in Sports Coaching and performance, I headed straight into the industry training clients 1-1 and online. I gained experience in Strength and Conditioning through training individuals and teams, helping them optimise their body for sports specific needs. While working in a health club I took on the roll as a personal trainer helping clients with personal goals, from weight loss, muscle gain and general fitness.
Through training many people with different body types, strategic plans have been mastered for each individual. The key performance indicator that I really have sought after is getting people to the goals they have, but also to keep them there. The mission plan BELIEVE IT, ACHIEVE IT, SUSTAIN IT. People tend to fall away from fitness when leaving a personal trainer, my aim is to help the client be able to stand on their own two feet, by continuing the new lifestyle they have inherited.
Through this platform I want to be able to broaden my horizon and be able to help many people which I am very confident I can achieve. Through Instagram I will continue to give tips and guidance, and if ever I receive requests for help, I will happily provide it.
